Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


What are the return requirements?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn or unusedIn their original packaging With all tags attached In the same condition as received


How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


What if I haven't received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@eshelleessentials.com.


Can I send an item back without requesting a return?

No. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues


What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@eshelleessentials.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Warranty


Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We offer a limited 45-day warranty on all electronic items (such as lash fans) from the date of delivery.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email us at info@eshelleessentials.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to correct the issue.

What if my package is damaged during delivery?

While we do our best to ensure safe packaging, normal wear and tear can occur in transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival.
